The Thai Airways International Bus Service is Bht. 200* per person and leaves its North Pattaya terminal three times daily. Allow 2 ½ hours for transfer. Flight check-in service is also provided at the THAI ticket office in Pattaya.
For ultimate convenience, Siam City Hotel Limousine Service provides transfers to Pattaya at Bht. 3,000 per trip. Supply your flight number and arrival time, and our airport representative will be waiting for you with the driver at the terminal exit. Alternatively, you can spend the night at Siam City Hotel in Bangkok and be refreshed and ready to leave for Pattaya first thing in the morning. Bell Service operates air-conditioned bus transfers directly from hotel to your hotel in Bangkok at Bht. 200* one-way. Pick-up times are 8.00 a.m., 12.30 p.m. and 16.30 p.m. Contact the Bell Counter at the hotel.
From Ekamai (Eastern) Bus Terminal, air-conditioned buses leave every 30 minutes from 5.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. The one-way fare is Bht. 90*. The BTS Skytrain Station "Ekamai" is conveniently located adjacent to the terminal.
From Morchit II (Northern) Bus Terminal, air-conditioned buses also leave every 30 minutes from 5.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. with a one-way fare of Bht. 97*. The terminal is located a short taxi ride away from the BTS Skytrain Station "Morchit".
From Pattaya Terminal Bus Station, Roong Reung Coach Service runs air-conditioned buses to Bangkok's Ekamai Bus Terminal every 30 minutes from 5.30 a.m to 9.00 p.m. with a one-way fare of Bht. 90*.
Mini-buses or "Song Thaews" (utility vans fitted with bench seats and a roofed open back) are plentiful and continuously drive around the main areas of Pattaya in an anti-clockwise circuit. Also known as "Baht Buses" for their low fares (it costs just a few baht per ride), it is still wise to negotiate prices before boarding and fares beyond the bay are also negotiable. The Bell Captains at our hotels will be pleased to inform you about the current fare structure. Just put out a hand to hail one.
The Tour Counter at our hotels provide car rental services and international car rental companies also have offices in key locations in Pattaya. Road signs are in Thai and English and rental firms provide maps and suggested itineraries. Drivers must have an international or Thai driver's license and be over 21 by law.
