Siam City Hotels, Member of Green Leaf Hotels

As members, each hotel undergoes auditing of its environmental standards and is awarded with the Green Leaf Certificate ranging from 1 to 5 leaves, 5 leaves indicating the highest level of practice.

All Siam City Hotels & Resorts properties have been awarded the Green Leaf Certificate with the Siam Bayview Hotel and Siam Bayshore Resort in Pattaya accomplishing 5 leaves and the Siam City Hotel in Bangkok achieving 3 leaves.

An active “Green Leaf” member since 1997, the Siam Bayview Hotel in Pattaya firmly believes in staff taking ownership of the environment. “Creating awareness and educating the staff was key to our success. They all take an active role and are proud of their achievement,“ said General Manager, Saran Nimihut.

Adjustments to staff and guests were an easy task, according to Group President, Kamala Sukosol, who said, “Everyone is acutely aware of such issues and generally most people are happy participate in reducing environmental impact at every opportunity.”

At Siam City Hotels & Resorts, staff and management are firmly committed to protecting the environment and consistent upgrade of environmental standards at each property. An Environmental Committee organizes training and awareness activities continuously in each hotel as well as the local community.

We invite our guests to be a part of this effort to save the environment for a cleaner and brighter future.
