Master Hong Kong Chef Leung Chu Che Joins Siam City Hotel

Siam City Hotel, Bangkok, is pleased to announce that master Hong Kong chef Leung Chu Che his joined the hotel's award-winning Chinese restaurant to share his extraordinary talent and tasty cuisine. Re-vamped less than a year ago, Lin-Fa is unquestionably Bangkok's home of chic, modern Cantonese dining.

Mr Leung has built himself up from an 18-year-old kitchen hand in bustling Kowloon to the pinnacle of success and excellence. For over forty years chef Leung has worked in some of Hong Kong's most prestigious restaurants and hotels, including Ye Yan Restaurant, Buckingham Place Restaurant, Diamond Chinese Restaurant, Beijing Hotel, Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza, Royal Plaza Hotel and Miramar Hotel.

Drawing on the best of seasonal produce and a solid foundation, chef Leung and his team, including executive chef Kotchapak Metheebovorn, are the creative force behind Lin-Fa's superb à la carte menu. Chef Leung's menu represents with modern flair the cultural richness and diversity found in southern Chinese cuisine. Chef Leung is giving traditional Cantonese cooking - based on seafood - a "contemporary approach". The extensive menu reflects this; typical Chinese ingredients sit alongside Western delicacies like foie gras and caviar.

Why not stop by and try one of chef Leung's signature dishes: crispy Peking duck; sautéed sliced pigeon with sweet beans and whole egg; baked crab meat in "Cantonese" style omelette; sautéed halibut in fish-bone basket; and prawn two-ways.
