The Siam City Hotel Bangkok is offering an “Executive Meeting Package” for Bht. 1,200 net per person per day. The rate includes use of in-door or garden-view meeting rooms, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., three meeting breaks, free-flow coffee, lunch in one of the hotel’s award-winning restaurants and all meeting amenities and equipment including free use of LCD projector.
Special group room rates are Bht. 4,200 net (single) and Bht. 4,500 net (double) for a deluxe room inclusive of breakfast and free unlimited use of broadband WI-FI internet. For Bht. 500 per day (in addition to the room rate), guests can get an upgrade to the Club Floors with deluxe in-lounge breakfast, free happy hour cocktails, shoeshine and pressing, private greeting and late check-out (subject to availability) among other personalized services. One suite upgrade is offered for a designated VIP or organizer, with VIP recognition.
All package and room rates are net inclusive of service charge and tax. The package is valid for a minimum of 20 participants until October 31st, 2008. Flexible arrangements for smaller or larger groups are available. A special site-inspection room rate is offered for a maximum of two-night stay.
