Refresh Mind & Body at Suan Santiparp Park

Refresh Mind & Body at Suan Santiparp ParkEven though you're on holiday, there's no reason not to get out'n'about and enjoy some fresh air and exercise. Suan Santiparp is a pleasant park located just behind the Siam City Hotel. The park is open from 6:00 am - 8:00 pm daily. Here you can see locals enjoying life and making the most of outdoor living. This is a spot to relax, unwind and immerse yourself in local Thai life.

Get physical...

Jogging and walking are the most common and popular forms of exercise here. There's a track looping around the entire park. So what are you waiting for, join in!

Aerobics is a universally loved pastime by both young and old! Here you can join a fun and easy aerobic dance meet-up every day from 6-6:45 am or 6-7:00 pm. Best of all, besides being fun, it's FREE! Or if dance is not your thing, try a tai-chi class on Mon/Wed/Fri from 5-6:00 pm.

Kids

It's an undeniable fact that kids love the great outdoors. At the park there is a playground where they can climb all about and get up to mischief. There are also a number of lakes and lovely grass spots, perfect for a picnic or makeshift soccer match.

Directions

Exit the Siam City Hotel and turn right, walk for 10m then at the corner turn left onto the small street called Soi Lertpanya. Go to the end and turn right onto the main street, Soi Rangnam. From there walk straight ahead for 500m. The park is now on your left-hand side.
