Also I really love your breakfast, I and my friend always eat breakfast very little and I don't eat much at morning but here I ate breakfast every morning coz all plate taste good. Really surprised that I can eat breakfast more than in Japan breakfast is the best than I have ever tasted at any hotel.

For a fair price I could stay in the Executive Floor, enjoyed my privacy at the delicious breakfast buffet and a la carte orders, and at 6pm, I started my evening with a nice cocktail again in the lovely Executive Lounge 21st floor with a superb view.

We've enjoyed ourselves staying at this hotel. it is definitely great value for money and is probably the best hotel in that area (we spoke to the local about that). as a result we extended our stay. it is located within about 10min walk from phaya thai bts, which is a direct link to the airport line about 30 min on the train to the airport. great for staying if traveling through also.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff was most friendly, helpful, polite and professional. The hotel maintains high standard of cleanliness everywhere.The location is very convenient, 5 minutes walk to the train station. Two stations to Siam Sq, 4 stations to Sukhamvit,30 mins to airport by train. The only minus of the hotel is a freezig water in the beatiful swimming pool. We would still highly recommend the hotel for travelers.

The breakfast selection was excellent. The staff who served the breakfast were very good. The room service was good whenever we called the room servic, they attended us very quickly.

The staff all very friendly, warm and welcoming. The outfits worn by the frontline staff are very classy and I have not seen better anywhere in the world.

I was assisted by hotel staff immediately from the taxi. I appreciate the assistance to secure my luggage while I transacted with the front desk. Check-in registration was quick. Clearer directions/signage to the elevators would further improve the process for first time visitors. But overall, the arrival and the departure process went smoothly

I was very pleased  to note that one of your bell stafff walked to the pavement when he saw the three of us dragging in our luggage during arrival. He proceeded to help us bring in the luggage and sent it to our room. Wonderful!!!

We booked (2 single guys) the grande suite with 2 separate bedrooms, each with ensuite, plus separate bathroom, plus large lounge area and kitchen area. the space was unbelievable and as a "world" traveller" probably the best room ever had. the breakfast buffet was great, the pool and bar small but intimate, the staff very helpful. free luxury car transportation from the hotel to anywhere in pattaya was used frequently. the ho=tel runs a "smile" feedback scheme where customers are invited to nominate the members of staff who smiled the most - most did. would definitley go back to this hotel.

Hotel has excellent location less than one block away from the beach and <5 min. songthaew ride to nitelife such as walking street. many markets and local shopping within 1 or 2 blocks of hotel. location also very conducive to walking distance to many good restaurants. nice seaview room with view and balcony. breakfast buffet fantastic along with view of grounds surround pool. very good service. the elliptical trainer in the exercise room was pretty old, could use an upgrade, but i did get a good workout in anyway overlooking the adult pool.

The room I stayed in was spaceous enough for a solo traveller. Plently of wardrobe space but few drawers for socks,underwear, etc. There was ongoing construction at the beach road side, but this did not bother me, as I had a rear view room. Excellent security arrangements, good menu selection and the staff were friendly and efficient.

The fact that you can just walk out of the hotel and touch the beach, and having so many eating places, shopping close by, and within walking distance to so many places of interest. facilities of water sports such as para sailing, water scooter, etc were available conveniently. And the setting of the hotel was excellent.. refreshing and a retreat from the hectic life of the city. i would like to come back to this hotel again, whenever i plan to visit Pattaya as i loved every bit of my stay here.

I was quite happy with the Siam Bayview hotel. I stayed at a different hotel a couple of years ago for the same price, so I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. The Siam Bayview is at a whole other level compared to the previous hotel. It had a great breakfast, 2 pools and very nice, helpful staff. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This Hotel is in a very central position. Across the road from the beach and near to the best shopping malls. Also very close to the night life but no noise at night at the hotel. The breakfast is available until 11 am so it is great if you need to sleep in after a big night. The staff are vry good. Helpful and very polite. I have stayed here about 4 times and will stay here again. Only negative that internet is no free in the room but is free in he lobby.

Clean nice hotel that got everything right. Although this is not a resort, you would get a nice accommodation where nothing annoys you and everything seems just right. I would highly recommend this place to travelers on a about budget. Definitely worth the money

Very good hotel ideal location very clean do not book river Kwai tours with hotel as they take you to diamond factory without even asking you and the tour guide threatens you with a further three hour wait if you refuse to go in!! We refused to go in and ended up being transferred to a different mini bus (fourth change of the day) and what should have been an hours return journey back to our hotel ended up being a three hour journey around all the other hotels that had other people who had booked on the tour. We complained as soon as we returned and the tour rep offered us a free taxi to the airport! All the staff in the hotel and restaurant ate extremely friendly and foursome and speak excellent English.

Satisfied with good hospitality. Appreciate to accept early check in for free of charge. We all felt relax and enjoyed. We just came from air port with over night flight, so tired body and mind healed so much, comfortable stay. Food in a restaurant also good taste, especially for seafood and fruit.

Magnificent hotel. For the best, perhaps, we will not search further and we will return with the great pleasure to this hotel! The good Numbers, all personnel polite, obliging, beginning from a reception and finishing security guards. Remained are happy with breakfasts: a huge choice. Hotel arrangement: here both walking street and second road and the Pier and a known hill and sights to reach nearby. Thanks for perfectly spent time!

The buffet breakfast each day was fantastic but the best aspect of our staff was the staff, particularly three of them. The young man that made the smoothies each day and two of the young woman that seated guests for breakfast were always so friendly. They always tried to find a nice table for us and remembered our room number and always welcomed us with a lovely smile and made an attempt to chat away to us in English. Nothing was too much trouble and it really made our stay so much more enjoyable.

I stayed already many times at Siam Bayshore & Spa. Every time I am impressed by the friendly staff and its excellent value for money this stylish hotel offers. Its location is perfect: while enjoying quiet evenings at the hotel to enable good night sleeps, the hotel is only on walking distance from the lively entertainment and shopping areas. So Siam Bayshore will remain my preferred hotel.

This is my third stay at the siam bayshore and i love the setting of it. the gardens are a touch of paradise and the fish ponds are truly delightful. the rooms are well appointed and a good size. all facilities are excellent. it was truly amazing to be welcomed back by a young man who works in the hotel - he said he recognised me, which i thought was astonishing considering how many guests stay there.in the buzz that is pattaya the siam bayshore is an oasis of sanity!

The Siam Bayshore Resort and Spa was a lovely well located place buy the beach and boat rides with a wonder pool and bar. The food was excellent. It is also a good location for club hopping with wide selection of clubs ranging form all types of music ranging from R&B to Jazz and tecno music for the younger and older crowds. Everything within walking distance from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel. One of the best i have stayed at in Pattatya.
