Our Executive Chef at Spice & Rice Thai-Halal Restaurant, Amornrat Sae-heng, is a local Thai legend. Her special dishes frequently feature unusual combinations of ingredients and flavours found in age-old Thai recipes that have evolved through time. At Lin-Fa Chinese Restaurant we have master chef Kotchapak Metheebovorn at the helm. His amazing Cantonese culinary creations have been delighting local residents for decades. For something sweet, go no further than our authentic French pâtissier Jean-marc Breney, whose cakes, breads and pastries will have you salivating for more. And for those yearning for the freshest of fish, don’t go past the skills of chef Sombat Korbmad at Kamon Japanese Restaurant & Steakhouse. Bakery Café

The Siam City Bakery Café is well stocked with an irresistible array of freshly made cakes, pastries and chocolates. It's also a quick and easy place to grab a sandwich, pizza, salad, smoothie, coffee or soda. Available for both eat in or take away. Patrons can dine inside the cozy café with an assortment of newspapers and magazines to peruse, or soak up the sun outside in the hotel's Garden Pavilion on comfy sofas. All goodies are prepared daily by our resident pastry chef extraordinaire, Jean-marc Breney.
