Our Executive Chef at Spice & Rice Thai-Halal Restaurant, Amornrat Sae-heng, is a local Thai legend. Her special dishes frequently feature unusual combinations of ingredients and flavours found in age-old Thai recipes that have evolved through time. At Lin-Fa Chinese Restaurant we have master chef Kotchapak Metheebovorn at the helm. His amazing Cantonese culinary creations have been delighting local residents for decades. For something sweet, go no further than our authentic French pâtissier Jean-marc Breney, whose cakes, breads and pastries will have you salivating for more. And for those yearning for the freshest of fish, don’t go past the skills of chef Sombat Korbmad at Kamon Japanese Restaurant & Steakhouse. Patummat is a contemporary all-day dining restaurant serving breakfast, lunch/brunch and dinner buffets and à la carte meals. With Thai, Western, Asian and vegetarian cuisine changing daily to ensure variety, and an extensive selection of meat, seafood and cheese on offer, you won't get bored with the choices. In addition, the restaurant is pleased to offer special themed nights, ranging from French and Moroccan, to American, Mexican, Malaysian and even Aussie – you just never know what's going to come out of our innovative kitchen! If you have special dietary requirements we can help, simply ask one of our attentive chefs, at one of several fresh cooking stations, to prepare a dish to your particular needs. Breakfast: 05:30 – 10:00 (11:00 on Sunday).

Lunch: 11:30 – 14:30.

Dinner: 18:00 – 22:30.
