Our Executive Chef at Spice & Rice Thai Restaurant, Amornrat Sae-Heng, is a local Thai legend. Her special dishes frequently feature unusual combinations of ingredients and flavours found in age-old Thai recipes that have evolved through time. At Lin-Fa Chinese Restaurant we have recently welcomed the arrival of master chef Leung Chu Che; whose fish creations have been delighting Hong Kong residents for decades. For something sweet, go no further than our authentic French pâtissier, Sébastien Gyre, whose cakes, breads and pastries will have you salivating for more!

Set amid the peaceful surroundings of the Garden Pavilion, the charming Spice & Rice Thai Restaurant captures the true spirit of old-world Bangkok with beautiful 19th century East-meets-West déco. Relax with a refreshing cocktail at the adjacent Red Elephant Bar before embarking on a culinary journey of one of the world's most dynamic and popular cuisines. House specialties include red and green curries; tom yum soup; pork satay kebabs; spicy pad thai noodles and, of course, fresh sweet mango with sticky rice!
