When you join the programme, you will receive your personalized “Spirit of Siam”
Privilege Club Card along with details on programme benefits.
Membership is complimentary and is available only to individuals, not to
Companies, partnerships, associations, groups or other entitles. You may not have
more than one membership or any form of joint membership. Membership is available only to persons residing in those jurisdictions in which it is legal to join the programme and who are over the age of 18. It is your responsibility to ensure your eligibility and you will indemnify against all liabilities, costs, claims and/or expenses incurred because you breach this provision. The hotel may refuse membership without giving a reason.
Membership entitles members to benefits and services according to entitlements as described under section Member Privileges and relevant further information within these terms and conditions.
Membership of “Spirit of Siam” Privilege Club and membership cards are not transferable and may only be used by the registered member. Membership cards are remain the property of The Siam City Hotel and must be returned upon request.
You may cancel your membership at any time by giving notice of cancellation in writing to the hotel and enclosing your membership card.
The hotel reserves the right to discontinue the membership for any member who is found to be using the programme in a manner inconsistent with the teams and conditions or intent of the programme or any portion of the programme. The hotel also reserves the right to discontinue membership for any member who acts in a manner inconsistent with the programme. Discontinued membership will result in the loss of all future benefits and privileges.
Any member who has not stayed at The Siam City Hotel once in 36 consecutive months may be removed from the list of active members and, if so, is subject to forfeiture of all benefits and services. A member may reactivate his or her account by staying once or by other such means that the hotel may establish.
Unless otherwise stated, all benefits available to member through the programme are subject to availability and certain benefits may be excluded from certain volume room night agreements.
The hotel reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the terms, conditions, benefits and services pertaining to the programme at its sole discretion, at any time without prior notice.
The “Spirit of Siam” Privilege Club Card is a guest recognition membership card and is not a credit card.
All interpretations of the programme’s terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of The Siam City Hotel.
Data Privacy
The personal data supplied by members is required for the operation of the programme, delivery of associated benefits and services, programme development and communicate news and information to members for their benefits.
The hotel collects information about our members, so that we can provide an experience that is tailored to their preferences. Since the privacy of our members is of paramount importance to the hotel, we wish to protect it and maintain the trust of our members while collecting the information necessary to do this. The hotel is fully committed to providing information about the collection and use of personal information furnished by, or collected from, members while using our websites, products and services. We offer members the choice to decline (opt out) participation in certain services and promotional benefits provided by the hotel and/or its carefully selected third parties.
Members are responsible for keeping the programme up-to-date as to their correct communication/postal address.
The hotel will not sell this information and will only disclose it to other companies within the group, their successors and business partners and any suppliers the hotel engage to process data on our behalf.
