A week at Siam City Hotel
"The hotel was quite nice in appearance and gave you a good feeling of being in Bangkok but the location is hard to get to by taxi and so many taxis will not take you back. The rail system is very convient but there is not much to see around the hotel."

We were upgraded to Club floor with the full benefits. The staffs were very helpful. Service was excellent. The breakfast was the best. Very impressed. We defenitely come back again.

My wife and I stayed for a week at the Siam City Hotel in Bangkok and thought it to be one of the best hotels we had reserved. The employees were extremely polite and willing to assist in any way possible. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were ample in size. we stayed in this hotel,unfortunatly only for one night.It was one of the most beautiful hotels we came across in Bankok.The service was excellent,everybody spoke a reasonable amount of english,the room we had was clean and spacious,it had everything there we needed.we found that we were only a short taxi ride from anywhere too.We will most definatley stay here again!!(can't wait) - Posted by Samantha marsh, United Kingdom

This is a great hotel and the best value 4-5 star hotel we have stayed in. Location is ideal, close to the sky train and walking distance as well as a short taxi ride away from CBD. Our room was spacy well appointed and clean. The service was curtious, friendly and efficient. The amenities such as pool, spa and gym great. The decor of the hotel and rooms stylish. Every aspect of our stay at Siam City Hotel was a pleasure, from the airport pick up to the check out at the end of our stay and we highly recommend this hotel. It has been a very pleasant stay at Siam City Hotel. The room was much bigger than expected and very clean. Service is good and staff are friendly. Buffet breakfast was also nice although it'll be nicer with a bigger change in variety. The only negative point is the heavy traffic along the road that makes taking the Sky Train tedious. However,as taxi fares in Bangkok is relatively cheap, travelling around is rather convenient by taxi too. The hotel room was large, furnishing were nice. The only thing we had a problem with was the bathtub, it wasn't level so the water would circle around the edge of the tub and onto the floor. I had stayed here before in the Executive Suites, so it was interesting to stay in a regular room. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel to others. We also booked a car with the hotel, our driver Suriyon, or "Yon", was great, we left at 6:30 in the morning for the floating market and visited a number of attractions during the day. This hotel was outstanding. The service was exceptional and I would recommend it accordingly. I stayed in a deluxe room which was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely freindly and helpfull at all times. The hotel had lots of placed to eat and dine and the food was very well priced. The location was ok, the Skytrain is a 2 min walk away and I would reccommend using it if you were going shopping to SIAM SQAURE. I would strongly suggest trying the hotel as its good value, very clean, good service and great facilities. if you dont mind getting the Sky rail to Siam Shooping, which is only 2 stops on train, you will love it. - Posted by MR. My wife and I stayed for 3 days and it was excellent. We had a small problem with our door, but the staff was very friendly and they helped us with our problem right away. What a wonderful hotel - we arrived very tired after our trip and was thrilled when we entered the main reception area and delighted when we were shown our room. We did not have a much of a view of the city as there was building work going on across the road but this did not disturb our sleep at any time. The facilities at the hotel were brilliant with 5 restaurants to choose from - breakfast was lovely with lots of choice too - it was so lovely that we ate in the hotel most nights rather than go out.
