We had two very enjoyable stays. The staff are excellent and for the location, i believe the hotel is worth what you pay. It is located 50m from a skytrain which is very close to all your main attractions, including Siam Square and Sukhomvit. "May be the best one of the best Hotel in Pattaya with own beach. Very good location, and of the Walking Street, but not noisi,has wonderful tropical garden,inside and outside swimming-pool. The staffs very polite, and helpfully. Thank you" -

"A most attractive and well situated facility. Staff were courteous, friendly and hepful. The buffet breakfast was of high standard and offered a good selection of dishes. Pool facilities are excellent,however there should be some attempt by management to prevent guests reserving poolside lounges all day when they only intend using the facilities for an hour or two." -

Siam Bayview Hotel, Pattaya
Very nice hotel. The room was on a high floor and had a very good view. Beware if on a lower floor the view can be obstructed by the building in front. Breakfast OK staff very good. Lifts a little too small as if more than 4 people the overlaod buzzer sounds. Good location and not too much noise. -
